Increases the maximum payment for real estate modifications for catastrophically injured employees from $50,000 to $75,000 for permanent additions, remodeling, or adaptations to real estate.

Maintains the $100,000 maximum payment limit for specially equipped or adapted motor vehicles for catastrophically injured employees, with the organization prohibited from paying insurance or maintenance costs.

Allows the organization to pay for vehicle or adaptation replacement purchases within the $100,000 lifetime dollar limit for each injured employee.

Permits the organization to provide real estate and vehicle modification benefits to non-catastrophically injured employees if determined cost-effective and appropriate due to exceptional circumstances.

Applies the amendments to all purchases and repairs occurring on or after the effective date of the Act.
