Creates a seven-year statute of limitations for civil claims resulting from childhood sexual abuse, measured from when the plaintiff knew or reasonably should have known a potential claim existed.

Defines "childhood sexual abuse" as acts committed against a plaintiff under eighteen years of age that would violate North Dakota chapters 12.1-20 or 12.1-27.2.

Overrides the existing limitation period in section 28-01-25 of the North Dakota Century Code for childhood sexual abuse claims.
