Direct the Legislative Management to continue studying North Dakota Century Code provisions related to agriculture to identify laws that are irrelevant, inconsistent, illogically arranged, or unclear in intent and direction

Address problems with existing agricultural code provisions that are inconsistent, not reflective of current practices or needs, and poorly organized

Build upon previous interim Agriculture Committee studies that resulted in recommendations for revising numerous North Dakota Century Code chapters related to agriculture

Require the Legislative Management to report findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the Sixty-third Legislative Assembly
