Designates employee positions for the Sixty-second Legislative Assembly (North Dakota) beginning January 4, 2011, with daily wage rates ranging from $98 to $161 per day.

Senate positions mirror House positions with identical pay scales, plus a Payroll Clerk position ($120) unique to the Senate.

Employees receive an additional $1 per day for each previous regular legislative session worked for at least 45 days, with a maximum bonus of $10 per day.
