Congratulates the North Dakota Grain Dealers Association on celebrating 100 years of existence on May 23, 2011.

Recognizes grain production as an integral part of North Dakota's history and current economy.

Acknowledges the association's representation of grain elevator interests in legislative and regulatory settings, along with predecessor organization the Farmers' Grain Dealers Association of North Dakota.

Notes the association's services including safety inspections, employee training, bonding and insurance services, publications, education, and industry trade shows.

Recognizes the association's educational foundation for providing scholarships and grants to agriculture students and supporting agricultural programs at schools and higher education institutions throughout the state.

Directs the Secretary of State to forward copies to the Governor, Agriculture Commissioner, public service commissioners, and the association president.
