Amends North Dakota Century Code section 43-15-01 to expand the definition of "administration" of drugs by pharmacists to include immunizations and vaccinations for minors.

Allows pharmacists to administer immunizations and vaccinations by injection to individuals at least 11 years of age upon order by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner, or by written protocol.

Permits pharmacists to administer influenza vaccinations by injection or live, attenuated influenza vaccine to individuals at least 5 years of age.

Requires reporting of childhood immunizations and other required information to the state's immunization information system pursuant to section 23-01-05.3.

Maintains existing restriction that pharmacists may provide other drug injections only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
