Amends section 54-35-23 of the North Dakota Century Code to extend the Committee on Tribal and State Relations through July 31, 2013.

Committee maintains seven-member composition: one chairman designated by the legislative management chairman, three house representatives (two majority, one minority), and three senators (two majority, one minority).

Committee shall conduct joint meetings with the North Dakota tribal governments' task force to study tribal-state issues including government-to-government relations, human services, education, corrections, and economic development.

During the 2011-12 interim, the committee must study whether North Dakota tribal governments' task force members should become voting members of the committee.

North Dakota tribal governments' task force comprises six members: the Indian affairs commission executive director and representatives from Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, Spirit Lake Tribe, Three Affiliated Tribes of Fort Berthold, Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, and Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate of Lake Traverse Reservation.
