Increases maximum inspection fee for boilers from $100 to $250 per inspection, except special inspections requested by owners or users.

Raises daily rate for chief boiler inspector services from $300 to $350 per day and half-day rate from $200 to $300 for four hours or less, plus mileage and expenses.

Increases annual reciprocal commission card fee for special inspectors from $25 to $40 and welder-qualified card fee from $10 to $20.

Maintains certificate of inspection fee at $20 per year and establishes hobby boiler operating license fee at $25 for both examination and license issuance, valid for six years.

Clarifies that certificate validity periods remain unchanged: 36 months for certain power boilers, 12 months for other power boilers and steam traction engines, and 36 months for low pressure boilers.
