Amends North Dakota Century Code sections governing tuberculosis treatment orders by updating terminology to refer to "individuals" instead of "persons" and clarifying definitions of infectious, suspect, and noninfectious tuberculosis.

Consolidates the state health officer's authority to issue orders for tuberculosis treatment by referencing existing confinement and quarantine provisions in Chapter 23-07.6 rather than maintaining separate procedural sections.

Designates appropriate facilities for treatment or confinement to include licensed hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, correctional facilities, and individuals' homes with direct observation therapy supervised by the health department.

Establishes class A misdemeanor penalties for individuals who fail to undertake diagnostic examination when requested, fail to pursue medically approved treatment after diagnosis with infectious or suspect tuberculosis, or are parents/guardians of minors who violate these requirements.

Repeals eight sections of existing tuberculosis treatment law (sections 23-07.1-01, 23-07.1-06 through 23-07.1-12) and consolidates their provisions into the amended sections.
