Amends North Dakota Century Code Section 19-10-03.1 to modify labeling requirements for alcohol-blended gasoline sold at retail.

Requires dealers to display the name of the alcohol blended with gasoline on dispensing units and price advertising if the gasoline contains one percent or more alcohol by volume.

Mandates that disclosure lettering be at least the same size as the label for the basic grade of gasoline and positioned next to the gasoline grade label.

Removes the requirement that dispensing units bear the ethanol promotion and information council label or logo.

Allows gasoline producers to provide retailers with promotional labels for alcohol-blended gasoline if the labels meet the disclosure requirements of this section.
