Amends section 15.1-16-03 of the North Dakota Century Code to increase per diem compensation for members of the North Dakota education factfinding commission.

Sets the daily rate for commission members at $191 per day (changed from the previous rate).

Commission members remain entitled to reimbursement for expenses as provided by law for state officers.

Compensation applies to attendance at commission meetings and performance of duties directed by the commission.

Passed by the Senate 46-0 (1 absent) and House 92-0 (2 absent) during the 2011 legislative session.
