Amends North Dakota Century Code section 26.1-04-03, subsection 7, regarding unfair discrimination in insurance practices.

Prohibits insurers from considering an individual's history or status as a subject of domestic abuse when setting premiums, policy fees, or rates for accident or health insurance policies.

Prohibits discrimination against blind or partially blind individuals in life insurance, health insurance, and related coverage, except insurers may exclude disabilities consisting solely of blindness if the condition existed when the policy was issued.

Prohibits geographic discrimination in property and casualty insurance unless the insurer can demonstrate the action results from sound underwriting and actuarial principles based on actual or reasonably anticipated loss experience.
