Amends North Dakota Century Code section 16.1-09-03 to clarify personal disclosure statement requirements for candidates for statewide office and appointees to statewide elective office.

Requires disclosure statements to identify principal sources of income, real property interests, and business affiliations for both the candidate/appointee and their spouse.

Establishes four fair market value ranges for listing income, investment, and real property interests: exceeding $2,000 but not $10,000; exceeding $10,000 but not $100,000; exceeding $100,000 but not $1,000,000; and exceeding $1,000,000.

Creates separate disclosure requirements for candidates or appointees not covered by the statewide office provisions, requiring identification of principal income sources, non-principal businesses or trusts, relevant associations, and business directorships held in the preceding calendar year.
