Creates the state board of integrative health care composed of at least five members including representatives from regulated professions, a doctor of medicine or osteopathy, a pharmacist, an advanced practice registered nurse, and one to two laypersons, with three-year staggered terms.

Establishes licensure and regulation of naturopaths effective January 1, 2012, requiring graduation from approved naturopathic medical colleges and passage of board-endorsed examinations, with scope of practice limited to natural therapies and prohibiting prescription drugs, surgery, and ionizing radiation.

Establishes licensure and regulation of music therapists effective August 1, 2012, requiring board-approved education, examination, or professional designations such as board-certified credentials or national music therapy registry credentials.

Amends section 43-17-41 to require physicians, physician assistants, naturopaths, and other healthcare providers to report wounds, injuries, and trauma inflicted by weapons or suspected criminal activity to law enforcement, with violations constituting an infraction.

Appropriates $4,000 to the office of management and budget for the state board of integrative health to cover establishment costs for the fiscal biennium July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013.
