Requires each North Dakota high school to provide the university system with a list of all students enrolled in grades 10 and 11 as of April 15 each year.

Student list must include names, addresses, and telephone numbers.

The North Dakota university system shall disclose this information to all institutions under the state board of higher education and to nonpublic universities and colleges in the state.

Disclosure is subject to limitations on directory information under federal regulations (20 CFR Part 99, sections 31, 33, and 37).
