Amends section 15-20.1-22 of the North Dakota Century Code to establish a competitive grant program for science, technology, and innovation projects and programs.

Eligible recipients include elementary or secondary teachers, schools, school districts, and institutions of higher education.

Grant awards may not exceed $7,500 for elementary or secondary teachers or schools, and $20,000 for institutions of higher education.

Department may require dollar-for-dollar matching funds from recipients, which can come from public sources, private sources, or a combination of both.

Department must consult with the department of commerce when making grant award determinations.
