Amends North Dakota Century Code section 57-51-15 to allow 35 percent of county infrastructure fund revenues to be allocated to school districts on the basis of applications for funding to offset oil and gas development impact.

School districts may apply for funding to offset oil and gas development impact, with the previous language limiting it to vehicle repair or replacement removed.

Impact funding allocated to school districts under this subdivision cannot be considered school district revenue for purposes of determining imputed taxable valuation under section 15.1-27-11.

Unchanged: Organized townships must levy at least ten mills for township purposes to be eligible for allocations; unorganized townships may receive funding at county commissioners' discretion.

Effective for taxable events occurring after June 30, 2011; unexpended and unobligated funds at calendar year-end must be transferred to the county road and bridge fund.
