Expands the list of family members whose vehicles a minor can operate on a restricted license to include grandparents, siblings, aunts, and uncles in addition to parents and guardians.

Minors must be at least 14 years of age and have written recommendation from a parent or guardian to obtain a restricted operator's license.

Minors must complete either classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction acceptable to the director, or successfully complete a course at an approved commercial driver training school.

Parents, guardians, grandparents, siblings, aunts, or uncles are responsible for all damages resulting from negligent operation of the vehicle by the minor.

Permits 14-15 year-old class D license holders to drive farm motor vehicles up to 50,000 pounds gross weight within 150 miles of their farm when transporting agricultural products, farm machinery, or farm supplies.
