Defines "hunt through the internet" as hunting wildlife in real time using internet services to remotely control actual firearms and discharge live ammunition while not physically present, including use of hand-held devices, cellular telephones, or global-positioning devices.

Prohibits hunting through the internet, hosting internet hunts, importing or exporting wildlife taken by internet hunting, and enabling another person to hunt through the internet.

Establishes violation of the prohibition as a class C felony.
