• Corrects improper, inaccurate, redundant, missing, or obsolete statutory references throughout North Dakota Century Code sections relating to county commissioners, emergency medical services, vital records, home education, dietitians and nutritionists, civil court procedures, administrative rules, weights and measures, and workers' compensation.

• Updates references from "American dietetic association" to "academy of nutrition and dietetics" and includes predecessor or successor organization language in sections 43-44-07, 43-44-08, 43-44-09, 43-44-10, and 43-44-15.

• Corrects cross-reference in section 15.1-23-02 from section 54-23.2-04.2 to section 12-60-26 regarding proof of child identity for home education statements.

• Changes surveyor's chain measurement in section 64-02-09 from "thirty-three standard" to "sixty-six" United States survey feet and updates metric conversion formulas for yard and foot measurements.

• Repeals section 54-03-01.11 as obsolete and clarifies that emergency medical service district tax levies shall not exceed fifteen mills upon taxable property.
