Licensed wineries producing no more than 50,000 gallons of wine per year may sell and deliver wine directly to licensed retailers both onsite and offsite.

Wineries may deliver wine offsite using their own equipment and employees, by contracting with a licensed distributor, or by contracting with a common carrier.

Annual shipments delivered by winery equipment, trucks, and employees are limited to 4,500 cases, with each case not exceeding 2.38 gallons.

Common carrier shipments are limited to a maximum of 3 cases per day per licensed retailer, with annual totals not exceeding 4,500 cases of 2.38 gallons each.
