Amends section 19-01-07 of the North Dakota Century Code to revise the handling of fees and revenues collected by the State Department of Health for inspections and analytical work.

Requires the department to account for all revenues and fees collected daily and forward them monthly to the state treasurer, with deposits going to the state general fund.

Authorizes the department to accept funds from cities, counties, states, federal agencies, and private organizations for contract services of analytical and inspection work, with such funds deposited in the operating fund of the state department of health.

Repeals sections 19-01-05 and 19-01-18 of the North Dakota Century Code, eliminating previous provisions relating to inspections performed by the sheriff and the state department of health.

Passed the House 94-0 and the Senate 47-0.
