Extends the period during which a notarized certificate showing vehicle registration compliance serves as prima facie evidence from 45 days to 75 days from the date of application.

Certificate must be issued by a notary public or authorized agent of a licensed vehicle dealer and show the date of application, vehicle make, registered weight, year model, and manufacturer's number.

Certificate must demonstrate that the notary or dealer agent personally mailed the application with the remittance fee.

Violations of this section constitute an infraction punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars.
