Creates a new exemption to axle weight limitations in North Dakota Century Code section 39-12-05.3 for agricultural implements and construction equipment used by agricultural producers.

Exemption applies to movements of implements of husbandry or equipment with pneumatic tires used for construction when used for agricultural, horticultural, or livestock operations.

Maximum wheel load cannot exceed 550 pounds (249.48 kilograms) per inch (2.54 centimeters) of tire width under the exemption.

Gross weight limitation in the section must still be observed even when axle weight limitations are exempted.
