Amends North Dakota Century Code section 39-22-15 regarding motor vehicle dealer licensing requirements and records maintenance.

Allows motor vehicle dealers holding multiple licenses to maintain all business records at a single established place of business instead of requiring separate record locations for each license.

Maintains existing requirements that established places of business must be at least 250 square feet, adequately heated and lighted, equipped with standard office equipment, and adjacent to a primary motor vehicle display lot.

Requires all business records, titles, and ownership documents to be kept at the established place of business or consolidated at one location if the dealer holds multiple licenses.

Passed the House 89-0 (5 absent) and Senate 46-0 (1 absent) during the 2013 regular session.
