Amends section 47-30.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code to revise definitions related to unclaimed property administration.

Renumbers definition items by shifting "Mineral proceeds" from item 11 to item 11, with subsequent definitions renumbered accordingly (items 11-14 become items 12-15).

Clarifies the definition of "Money order" to include express money orders and personal money orders where the remitter is the purchaser, but excludes cashier's checks and bank money orders when the seller has obtained payee information.

Adds "Amounts distributable from a mineral interest in land" as part of the "Intangible property" definition.

Passed with overwhelming bipartisan support: House vote 93-0 (1 absent), Senate vote 46-0 (1 absent).
