Amends North Dakota Century Code section 62.1-02-04 to prohibit individuals from possessing firearms or dangerous weapons in liquor establishments or bingo gaming sites, with violation constituting a class A misdemeanor.

Exempts law enforcement officers, proprietors, proprietor employees, and proprietor designees displaying unloaded firearms or weapons as raffle or auction items from the prohibition.

Exempts private security personnel on duty while delivering or receiving money at liquor establishments or bingo gaming sites from the firearm prohibition.

Exempts the restaurant portion of an establishment from the prohibition if individuals under twenty-one years of age are permitted in that section.
