Amends section 20.1-02-04 of the North Dakota Century Code to add duties for the director of the Game and Fish Department.

Requires the director to issue 4 any deer licenses and 6 any white-tailed deer licenses annually to the Injured Military Wildlife Project of North Dakota for distribution.

Licenses issued under this provision are valid during the opening of the youth deer season through the close of the deer bow season.

Passed with overwhelming support: House vote 92-0 (2 absent), Senate vote 46-0 (1 absent).
