ND HB1369

Renames the "Department of Labor" to the "Department of Labor and Human Rights" throughout North Dakota Century Code.

Transfers all records, materials, supplies, and equipment from the deputy commissioner of agriculture and labor to the newly named department.

Establishes that a labor commissioner appointed by the governor shall administer the department of labor and human rights beginning January 1, 1999.

Updates references to the department in sections governing employment certificates, employee reprisal protections, wage collection agreements, and human rights complaints to reflect the new department name.
