Moves school board canvass and winner declaration from within three days of election to the sixth day after the election, with declaration still required within three days of canvass.

Reduces notification timeline for elected candidates from five days to three days after the school board canvass.

Accelerates county canvassing board meetings to the sixth day following each election (changed from "not earlier than the third day" but still not later than six days after).

Passed with strong bipartisan support: 91-0 in the House and 47-0 in the Senate.
