Directs the legislative council to replace all references to "developmental center at westwood park, Grafton" with "life skills and transition center" throughout the North Dakota Century Code, supplements, and Administrative Code.

Changes to nomenclature shall be made when any volume or supplement of the North Dakota Century Code is being reprinted.

The life skills and transition center assumes all actions previously required to be taken by and all duties previously performed by the developmental center at westwood park, Grafton.
