Modifies the late fee for podiatrists who fail to renew their license within six months, replacing the fixed $25 fee with a board-established fee not to exceed $250, and includes costs of any revocation hearing.

Grants the Board of Podiatric Medicine subpoena power to obtain podiatrists' medical records during investigations, with confidentiality protections for subpoenaed medical records maintained.

Requires podiatrists and license applicants under investigation to fully cooperate with the board by promptly responding to questions and providing patient medical records or documentation.

Allows the board to access patient records without written consent only when records are subpoenaed; otherwise podiatrists must delete patient-identifying data before providing records to the board.
