Amends North Dakota Century Code section 12.1-32-07 to modify conditions courts may impose on probationers.

Removes language restricting fine payments when sentence imposition is deferred, allowing courts to impose fines in all probation cases.

Modifies the maximum imprisonment term condition from "one year, whichever is less" to "up to one-half of the maximum term authorized for the offense of which the defendant was convicted or one year, whichever is less."
