Agriculture commissioner shall appoint a grape and wine advisory committee with six members: two grape producers, one other fruit producer, two winery owners located in North Dakota, and one representative of the North Dakota grape and wine association.

Appropriates $80,000 from the general fund to the agriculture commissioner for the biennium beginning July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2015.

Grant funds must support research or promotional activities for the grape and wine industry in North Dakota.

Agriculture commissioner must consult with the grape and wine advisory committee before selecting grant recipients.
