Prohibits an individual from simultaneously serving as an executive or owner of more than one professional organization that renders the same professional service.

Allows a single-shareholder professional corporation to have only one director who must be the shareholder and serve as president and treasurer; other officers do not need to be licensed in the same field as the president.

Bars retired individuals from continuing as executives or owners of professional organizations.

Imposes a $1,000 fee collected by the Secretary of State for articles of incorporation, articles of organization, or articles of amendment for organizations with ownership that renders more than one professional service; this fee is in addition to standard filing fees.

Requires fees collected under this provision to be deposited into the Secretary of State's general services operating fund.
