Amends section 12.1-32-07 of the North Dakota Century Code to modify probation supervision requirements for domestic violence offenses.

Removes the exception for class A misdemeanor domestic violence violations (subdivision b of subsection 2 of section 12.1-17-01) from mandatory Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation supervision.

Allows courts to place domestic violence misdemeanor defendants under supervision of either the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation or other responsible parties, consistent with general class A misdemeanor probation rules.
