Prohibits service of civil process on voters within 100 feet of any polling place entrance while the location is open for voting.

Bans individuals from asking, soliciting, or attempting to induce voters to vote or refrain from voting for candidates, political parties, or ballot measures within a polling place or within 100 feet of the entrance while open for voting.

Allows vehicles or movable signs with political messages to remain in the restricted area only for the time necessary for the owner or operator to complete voting.

Permits political signs on private property unless the political subdivision demonstrates a burden to public safety.

Prohibits approaching voters at polling places or within 100 feet of entrances for the purpose of selling merchandise, distributing literature, or gathering signatures while the polls are open for voting.
