Amends North Dakota Century Code section 26.1-40-11 subsection 4 to remove "sex" from the list of factors that can be used for rating differentials in automobile insurance.

Creates a new provision in chapter 26.1-40 explicitly prohibiting insurers and insurance producers from basing policy rating differentials on gender.

Maintains existing prohibitions against using age and marital status as sole factors for automobile insurance rates, while allowing these factors to be used as rating differentials.

Eliminates the previous exception that allowed sex-based rating differentials in automobile insurance policies.
