Defines "manufactured home" as a transportable structure at least 8 feet wide or 40 feet long (or 320+ square feet when erected) built on a permanent chassis and designed for dwelling with or without permanent foundation.

Defines "mobile home" as a single or multisectional structure built on a permanent chassis, ordinarily designed for human living quarters, either attached to utilities or 27+ feet in length.

Increases surety bond requirement for mobile home and manufactured home dealers from $10,000 to $50,000 before license issuance.

Requires dealers to provide vendees with an affidavit of affixation from the county recorder, letter of confirmation, and bill of sale within 15 days for manufactured homes sold.

Allows real estate brokers and salespersons to sell used mobile and manufactured homes without a dealer license, but prohibits displaying two or more units for sale unless also licensed as a dealer.
