Expands reporting requirements for abortion facilities to include postfertilization age determinations and the basis for any medical emergency exceptions to the 20-week prohibition.

Requires abortion compliance reports to be submitted within 10 business days and data reports within 30 days, with records maintained for at least 7 years.
