Directs legislative management to study home and community-based services in North Dakota during the 2013-14 interim period.

Study shall examine the need to expand the home and community-based services medicaid waiver to include twenty-four hour emergency assistance, adult companion service, behavioral programming, chore services, customized living services, environmental modifications, and transition modification support.

Legislative management shall report findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the sixty-fourth legislative assembly.
