Directs Legislative Management to study the feasibility and desirability of community paramedics providing additional clinical and public health services in rural areas of North Dakota.

Study must examine the ability to receive third-party reimbursement for community paramedic services and their effect on current emergency medical services operations and sustainability.

Resolution addresses identified problems in rural areas including shortage of clinical and public health providers, increasing demand for emergency medical services, volunteer shortages, and insufficient operating revenues for EMS systems.

Requires Legislative Management to report findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the Sixty-fourth Legislative Assembly.
