Amends section 34-13-01 of the North Dakota Century Code to update definitions related to employment agents and agencies.

Replaces the term "person" with "individual" throughout the definitions and extends coverage to firms, corporations, limited liability companies, and associations.

Excludes from the definition of employment agency any entity that employs individuals for part-time or temporary services and pays social security, unemployment insurance taxes, provides workforce safety and insurance coverage, and assumes responsibility for employee actions.

Excludes from the definition of employment agency any entity charging service fees or other charges exclusively to employers.

Adds a new exclusion for individuals, firms, corporations, limited liability companies, or associations licensed or certified by the department of human services to provide employment-related services to their identified clientele.
