Legislative management shall conduct a continuing study during the 2015-16 interim on the needs and challenges of North Dakota's health care delivery system

Study may include monitoring implementation of the federal Affordable Care Act, examining medicaid expansion and medicaid reform, and evaluating feasibility of a state-based health care model

State-based health care model should comply with federal health care reform while providing high-quality access and affordable care for North Dakota citizens

University of North Dakota school of medicine and health sciences advisory council shall provide periodic reports to legislative management on the status of the biennial report under section 15-52-04

Legislative management shall report findings and recommendations, along with any required legislation, to the sixty-fifth legislative assembly
