Repeals sections 27-20-39 through 27-20-43 and chapter 27-22 of the North Dakota Century Code relating to transfer of children to other states and the interstate compact on juveniles.

Removes juvenile court jurisdiction over proceedings for transfer of cases to other states and interstate supervision of children.

Eliminates references to court acceptance of jurisdiction or supervision of children from other states as a method to commence juvenile court proceedings.

Modifies disposition options for deprived children by removing language authorizing transfer of custody to juvenile courts of other states.

Eliminates probation supervision by courts of other states as an option in delinquency cases.
