Amends North Dakota Century Code section 50-24.4-15 to update property-related cost provisions in the nursing home ratesetting system.

Increases per bed property cost limitations effective July 1, 2015: double room limit set at $156,783 and single room limit set at $235,176.

Maintains depreciation recognition for land improvements, buildings, fixed equipment, and movable equipment acquired after specified dates, with useful life determined by qualified appraisers.

Exempts assets purchased between July 1, 1985 and July 1, 2000 from valuation basis limitations for rate years beginning after December 31, 2003.

Exempts assets acquired as a result of natural disasters before December 31, 2006 from per bed cost limitations for rate years beginning after December 31, 2007.
