Creates a new section to chapter 53-06.1 of the North Dakota Century Code defining electronic quick shot bingo as a bingo game played on portable hand-held devices using electronic bingo card images.

Electronic quick shot bingo uses twenty-four predrawn letters and numbers with up to six bonus letters and numbers to achieve predetermined patterns, drawn once per business day before any session begins.

Bingo devices automatically daub called letters and numbers via radio frequency or wi-fi on a maximum of sixteen electronic bingo cards per individual game, with a site operating system allowing employees to deposit player credits from cash, check, or debit card into temporary credit accounts.

Devices determine winning bingo patterns and must accumulate winning prize amounts in a separate winnings account that may only be redeemed by an employee.

Electronic quick shot bingo marking devices are explicitly excluded from the definition of "coin-operated gaming device" under North Dakota Century Code section 12.1-28-02.
