Amends North Dakota Century Code section 26.1-13-15 to modify territorial limits and operational rules for county mutual insurance companies.

County mutual companies may insure property only within their authorized territory, except for reinsurance contracts and specific exceptions outlined in the statute.

Policies covering property within incorporated city limits are restricted to primary residences and rental properties with no more than four residential units.

Companies writing policies in cities with populations over 10,000 must comply with commissioner-adopted rules for underwriting and financial solvency, with a maximum 35 percent limit on gross written premiums from such cities in the previous year.

Policies may cover loss or damage to livestock, personal property, vehicles, and farm machinery temporarily removed from the insured's premises, with maximum policy terms of five years.
