Amends North Dakota Century Code section 20.1-01-31 to prohibit individuals from intentionally interfering with lawful wildlife taking or intentionally harassing, driving, or disturbing wildlife to disrupt a lawful hunt on public or private land.

Prohibits use of aerial vehicles without human operators to intentionally interfere with wildlife taking or to harass, drive, or disturb wildlife for the purpose of disrupting lawful hunts.

Prohibits removal, tampering, or interference with legally set traps or snares for fur-bearing animals or unprotected wild animals, except by department personnel or the trap setter and their agent.

Exempts incidental interference arising from lawful activities by public or private land users and allows landowners or operators to interfere with hunters on their own land.
