Modifies North Dakota Century Code section 39-21-39 regarding light transmittance requirements for window tinting on motor vehicles.

Requires front windshield tinting to have a light transmittance of at least 70 percent to the line on the windshield designated AS-1.

Reduces the minimum light transmittance requirement for windows other than the windshield from 50 percent to 35 percent.

Maintains exemption for windows behind the operator if the motor vehicle is equipped with outside mirrors on both sides meeting section 39-21-38 requirements.
